Community Involvement

We Serve

For a company rooted in social connections and meaningful experiences, community involvement is a part of our DNA. The initiatives that follow are just a few examples of the worthwhile good we can do when work, play and care together.

Charity Classic

Every year, Clubs welcome the public for the Charity Classic, one of the largest golf and dining charity events in the world. Clubs choose their own dates to host fun events that offer a taste of ClubLife — from golf tournaments and dining events to auctions and game nights. These events have raised nearly $30 million since 2007 to benefit important causes.

Employee Care Foundation

The Employee Care Foundation (E.C.F) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides financial assistance to fellow Employees in times of crisis. Since its inception in 2007, E.C.F. has granted more than 2,000 requests and awarded more than $2.5 million to assist Employees in the aftermath of house fires, hurricanes, domestic abuse, deaths of family members and more.

The First Tee

As part of our commitment to the next generation, our annual Charity Classic events include fundraisers for The First Tee campaign for 10 million young people. The First Tee promotes character building among young people through the game of golf. Each year, golf professionals at golf and country clubs in the Invited family hold one-day, 100-hole golf marathons throughout the year to benefit The First Tee nationally and locally.

"The future of food and beverage at our clubs is invigorating. Our team had to adapt to a lot of changes in 2020, and while it was challenging, it forced us to innovate, transform, and be resilient. We are going to continue to provide cutting-edge experiences for our Members while providing a safe and pleasurable dining experience. And, of course, we remain focused on our commitment to offer unique, local, and healthy menu items in our dining rooms."
