ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our Starters represent the lifeblood of our "Golf Experience"  as they engage with each Guest and truly define the Guest experience creating unexpected memories, whereas most companies refer to their frontline service Members as merely "Servers". This position offers opportunities for one to connect with Guests and provide an unforgettable  golf experience as they celebrate unforgettable moments. Knowledge of  golf technology along with a Customer Service mindset.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-depth knowledge of  golf technology
• Provide over-the-top memorable experiences in golf
• Accurately capture all Guest orders including special requests 
• Positively connect with Managers, Team Members, and Guests
• Demonstrate the core values of Always Bring the Fun, Be Bold Everyday, Live & Breathe Gratitude, Serve Our Community, Keep the Grit, and Include Everyone
• Maintain operating standards, including safety

RELATIONSHIPS

The Starter will work under the Head Golf Professional guided by the Manifesto and Core Values. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance of relationships with all Managers, Team Members, and Guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not necessary
• Outgoing personality, ability to make quick connections
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through
• Strong Guest recovery skills
• Self-motivated with high self-awareness and integrity
• Ability to multi-task
• Openly receives feedback and coaching, and reacts accordingly
• Availability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stair

COMPENSATION

Golf will provide the following:

• Hourly pay is $7.50 along with Golf priveledges-Great for retired individuals
