Responsibilities

. Support candidate screening and hiring processes.


• Liaise with recruiting to fill vacancies promptly.


• Ensure new hire paperwork is processed and complete.


• Submit background check documents.


• Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.


• Develop and implement new staffing techniques for existing and future needs.


• Coordinate and execute hiring events.


• Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.


• Prepare and submit staffing reports.


• Review job applications, resumes and schedule interview with hiring leaders for final hiring

decisions.


• Recruit non-profit organizations.


• Assist with check-in and check-out for non-profit volunteers for event day.


• Assist with check-in and check-out for hourly, regular employees on event days.


• Prepare security badges and necessary credentials for event day.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• 1 – 2 years in recruiting, sourcing, or related field.


• Previous work experience with non-profit and/or recruiting preferred.


• Staffing/Scheduling experience.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Outstanding customer service skills.


• Detail oriented


• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel


• Bilingual – Spanish (preferred)

Salary - $18.00 per hour
