ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our Guest Attendants represent the lifeblood of our "Eatertainment" venue as they engage with each Guest and truly define the Guest experience creating unexpected memories, whereas most companies refer to their frontline service Members as merely "Servers". This position offers opportunities for one to connect with Guests and provide an unforgettable dining and golf experience as they celebrate unforgettable moments. Knowledge of the restaurant’s food menu, beverage menu, golf technology attention to detail regarding special requests and/or food allergies, and communication with Members of management and the kitchen are imperative to success in this position.

The Guest Attendant is responsible for driving sales and an creating unexpected memories for each Guest. This includes, but is not limited to, overtly friendly greetings and interactions, upselling of food, beverage, and golf, pre-bussing, Guest safety, and cash management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-depth knowledge of all food & beverage menus and golf technology
• Provide over-the-top memorable experiences in food & beverage, and golf
• Accurately capture all Guest orders including special requests or allergies
• Positively connect with Managers, Team Members, and Guests
• Demonstrate the core values of Always Bring the Fun, Be Bold Everyday, Live & Breathe Gratitude, Serve Our Community, Keep the Grit, and Include Everyone
• Maintain operating standards, including safety and sanitation
• Processes various payments (e.g. cash, credit card, gift card, or rewards card) at the conclusion of a Guest’s visit.

RELATIONSHIPS

The Guest Attendant will work under the Sr. Guest Experience Manager, guided by the Manifesto and Core Values. There is a need for excellent communication and the continued maintenance of relationships with all Managers, Team Members, and Guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not necessary
• Outgoing personality, ability to make quick connections
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sell and upsell to enhance the Guest experience
• Use of modern POS system a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through
• Strong Guest recovery skills
• Self-motivated with high self-awareness and integrity
• Ability to multi-task
• Openly receives feedback and coaching, and reacts accordingly
• Availability to work varied shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Ability to carry 30 for extended periods of time
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, including up and down stairs
• Ability to obtain required local, state, and federal food service & ABC licenses and/or certificates for your business location

COMPENSATION

BigShots Golf will provide the following:

• Salary Base: $5.50 /hr. + Tips (based on local law)
