We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit department. This role will be primarily focused on the audit of club operations with a secondary focus on corporate processes.  We are looking for an individual with strong communication skills that can collaborate with individuals across our organization.

After initial onboarding, this position will be allowed the opportunity to work remote when not travelling for an audit.  Travel will range from 35-45%, depending on the location of the senior auditor. This position will report to the Director of Internal Audit.

Position Requirements:

• At least two (2) years of experience in auditing or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel knowledge including pivot tables, vlookups, and other formulas
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with customer service experience and mindset
• Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines and competing demands
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong note-taking skills
• Capable of working both independently and in a group environment

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Management, or related area
• Accounting firm (mid-tier or Big 4) experience
• Hospitality or Retail industry experience
• Experience with AuditBoard
• Ability to speak Spanish
