As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be part of a team that leverages data, analytics, and technology to deliver actionable insights across all areas of the business. The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing organization in the development, execution, and measurement of advertising campaigns to drive member acquisition and private event sales. You play a key role in growing the business by providing insights and recommendations to internal business partners and agency partners. You possess strong analytical ability, and will develop deep expertise in our products to help build winning campaigns and optimize performance. Must thrive in ambiguous situations, with the ability to be a self-starter and find solutions without guidance. This is a role that is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide audience targeting strategies and campaign measurement support for lead generation, digital marketing, and email marketing
  • Promote and support a culture of rapid test and learn
  • Work with the Marketing team and agency partners to develop and manage digital marketing strategy for ClubCorp’s multi-million dollar digital marketing budget
  • Work with Marketing and Sales partners to develop and execute tactical marketing plans to maximize reach, response, and conversion
  • Measure the results of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop and manage KPIs, analytics, and reporting dashboards to monitor effectiveness and cost efficiency of all marketing tactics
  • Use all available data to optimize tactics and campaigns to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Monitor competitive activities and best practices in the marketplace to refine strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Develop member profiles that inform campaign audience targeting strategies

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset to drive decisions and results
  • Strong analytics and data visualization skills
  • In-depth experience in digital marketing, preferably with knowledge of Facebook and Google advertising platforms
  • Proven experience measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to provide written summaries of analytic results in a clear and concise manner
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytics through all phases including (but not limited to) intake prioritization, discovery, analysis, transformation, development, automation, and communication/recommendations with business stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, communication skills and ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Analytics or related field preferred
