Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager, Sales Support, who is a team player, process-oriented, and can work autonomously. Someone who will take a hands-on, curious approach grounded in the process to enhance, build, and implement our sales programs. You’re a highly adaptable and self-motivated professional with strong project management skills and a broad understanding of managing programs in fast-paced environments. As the Manager, Sales Support, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and effectively rolled out to all key stakeholders.

Day to Day:

  • Lead multiple work streams with ease by successfully and thoughtfully putting together project plans and managing deadlines
  • Be a liaison between sales teams and extended internal teams (technology, marketing, accounting, legal, finance)
  • Maintain important onboarding and training documentation and videos
  • Partner with the pricing and product team to manage the pricing approval documentation process
  • Maintain and manage internal sales hub websites and communications to ensure information is always up-to-date
  • Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person sales training
  • Conduct quarterly audits of system data to identify necessary adjustments
  • Schedule and facilitate learning and development with key internal teams (technology, marketing, accounting, legal, finance)
  • Oversee weekly sales recognition submission process

About You:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Management / Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical literacy, including CRM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze trends
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing high-quality service and commitment to exceeding expectations

Compensation

  • Base salary $65k – $80k (Commensurate with experience) + up to 5% Incentive
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program
