Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager, Sales Operations, who approaches challenges strategically, is creative, and can work autonomously. Someone who will take a hands-on, innovative data-based approach to enhance, build, and implement our sales programs. You're a highly adaptable and self-motivated professional with strong project management skills and a broad understanding of managing programs in fast-paced environments. You work diligently to keep your project teams collaborating and executing to plan. As the Manager, Sales Operations, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget.

Day to Day:

  • Lead multiple work streams with ease by successfully and thoughtfully putting together project plans and managing deadlines
  • Conduct quick analysis and create executive summary decks to drive agile business decisions on high-priority items
  • Measure project performance and identify areas for optimization 
  • Oversee day-to-day progress and issue resolution
  • Financial planning, goal setting, and forecasting  
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and monitor standardized sales reporting metrics
  • Identify opportunities for technology enhancements, automation, and advanced modeling/analytics to continue to increase efficiency and generate additional revenue
  • Own creation and implementation of sales processes and protocols 
  • Be a liaison between sales teams and extended internal teams (technology, marketing, accounting, legal, finance) 
  • Support the launch and maintenance of new products 
  • Oversee ongoing market intelligence to drive and nurture leads 

About You:

  • 3-5 years’ experience Sales Management / Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong technical literacy, including CRM, Oracle and Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Strategic thinker and ability to analyze trends
  • Attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Passion for providing high-quality service and commitment to exceeding expectations

Compensation

  • Base salary range $75k – $90k (Commensurate with experience) + up to 5% Incentive
