Invited Clubs is seeking a Manager, Central Finance to provide strong financial partnership, planning, and support across the business. This individual will report to the Senior Director, Central Finance and be a key resource in monthly performance reviews, operational forecasts and annual budgets, and ad hoc financial analyses to guide strategic business decisions. This position requires strong collaboration with other departments within the company, including Golf Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Marketing and will be an integral part of the financial management process.

The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in forecasting, business planning, management reporting, and business analytics. This individual is someone who brings outstanding planning and modeling skills with a willingness to tackle new challenges and operate at the intersection of finance, business operations, and analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Be a strategic business partner to functional areas by providing financial analysis to support business operations & leadership
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reporting and variance analyses for key business segments
  • Support improvements to the forecasting/budgeting processes and systems to streamline efficiencies and provide line of sight into business performance
  • Leverage financial knowledge to provide analytics, draw conclusions, and present findings
  • Work creatively with multiple business functions to identify and support revenue growth and cost savings opportunities
  • Support the development of and deliver financial performance management reports with appropriate operating KPIs that drive financials and business insights

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with 3+ years of experience in finance or operations strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct fact based quantitative analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and technical critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Must have strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to link operational performance to financial data
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM a plus
